Your website does not display correctly on my computer. Why is this?

Our website is best viewed on Internet Explorer 5+ at a resolution of 800 x 600. You may need to update your browser or change your internet or display settings to view the site as intended. To download the latest version of Internet Explorer click on the logo below.

Can I print out and photocopy resources on this site for use with my students?

Yes - feel free to print out and photocopy any resource on this site (in its entirety) for educational use.

Can I use your resources on my own website?

No - our resources are only available to be printed out and photocopied for educational purposes. Storage or distribution of them by any other means is not permitted and will be in breach of copyright law.

Why are there no resources in .... section?

This website is constantly being updated with new resources being added on almost a daily basis. Some sections are going to take longer to fill than others.

Can I request an online activity or worksheet?

We will consider creating online activities, flashcards or worksheets on request for a small fee. Contact us with the details and we will get back to you with a decision, price and method of payment. The copyright of any resource created will remain with us and the resource may be added to our website or software at a future date.

Can I link to your site from my own website?

Yes - feel free to link to our site as long as you do not link directly to an interactive activity or printable resource sheet. You can use the graphic below if you wish. If you e-mail us with the URL we may also include your site in our links section. 

Which fonts do you use?

As well as the occasional use of Jarman, we also use Times New Roman and Comic Sans. These fonts are distributed with Microsoft products such as Windows or Office and should therefore be already installed on your system. If you believe you are missing one of these fonts there are many websites from which they can be freely downloaded. If you discover a worksheet in which the text is incorrectly aligned please e-mail us with the details so that we may rectify the problem.

Can I send in my own worksheets to be distributed via your site?

At present all of our worksheets are created by members of our team. We are considering accepting external worksheets for publication on our site but have not arrived at a decision as of yet.

What size are your printable worksheets and resources?

The worksheets and flashcards are designed as A4 documents. You will need to ensure that your printer is set to print at this size in order to avoid problems with alignment.

How may I use the online activities?

You are free to use our online activities for any educational, non-commercial purpose. However, they are intended for online use only and so must not be downloaded and stored offline in any form.

Why don't your online activities work on my computer?

There may be a number of reasons why an online activity does not work on a particular system. Most of the activities are written in Javascript and so require a Javascript enabled browser. Some activities may not function in older browsers. Many of the activities take place in pop-up windows and so will not function if you use a pop-up blocker. You will need to disable this in order for them to work.
